On the occasion of the start of the conference Bernard Bolzano, the polymath and the opening of the exhibition with the same title, PragMatika was featured in the last couple of days in the Czech national media, which echoed the agreement signed in recent months with the Muzeum literatury for the digitisation of Bolzano’s written estate kept in their care.
First, Blesk.cz published a note entitled “Unique achievement of the Academy of Sciences: the digitised work of a brilliant mathematician from Prague will be made available!” (in Czech), which you can read here. This is perhaps the first time that a project of the Institute of Philosophy has been featured in the online version of this newspaper, which is one of the most widely read in the country.
In addition, an interview was conducted on the radio programme Ranní Plus, which is part of Český rozhlas Plus, one of the most listened to stations in the country. You can listen to the interview here from minute 47:42 onwards.
